Meetings and Training

General

At the beginning of every meeting someone is to be appointed to take notes and or record the meeting. All notes for the meeting are to be emailed out to all attending and all interested parties within 24 hours of the meeting. The 24 hour rule is important because it allows everyone to easily identify their action items and move on them. Also, it allows for immediate feedback on the notes if there are discrepancies or missing information. An example would be that Tom was to take ownership of the new report not Joanne.

Monday Morning (Stand Up) Meeting Agenda

  • The agenda will adhere to the following order:
    1. Review of the On-Call Engineer for the next week
    2. Review of MPI Best Practices
    3. Review of accomplishments including new or revised documentation
    4. Any new business
    5. Review of the time left in the quarter to pass an exam and a review of each persons intended exam

Tuesday Morning Meeting Agenda

  • The agenda will adhere to the following order:
    1. Review of the On Call Engineer for the next week
    2. Review of the time left in the quarter to pass an exam and a review of each persons intended exam
    3. Review of NTS Best Practices
    4. Review of Documentation
    5. New Business
