General Rules for Activities
- Activities in PSA are basically the Task or To-Do List for engineers.
- Activities do not violate the rule that all work is performed against and SR because the time will always be logged against some SR even if it is a Tech Admin SR.
- An Activity with a properly assigned priority is a way for the Service Coordinator or an Engineer to create a time slot to get a quantum of work done that otherwise would not be possible while still avoiding being interrupt drive.
Specific Rules for Activities
- Activities are worked from highest priority to lowest and from oldest to newest.
